What does Free Kind recommend for customers with wider feet?
Free Kind shoes fit true to size and accommodate the shape of your foot, whether wide or narrow. If you prefer a roomier fit, we recommend going a size up.
What are Free Kind shoes made from?
Free Kind signature knit is spun from repurposed coffee grounds and recycled PET.
We also use a blend of other materials like natural and recycled rubber for our insoles and outsoles.
How do I care for my Free Kind shoes?
The shoes are machine and hand washable! Care for your shoes with ease, follow these steps:

2. Delivery and Shipping
What are your shipping costs and zones?
Location: Free Kind delivers within India and worldwide.
Costs: We offer free shipping on all orders within India. For International orders, shipping charges will be indicated and added during the checkout process. Please note that the customers are responsible for any custom charges, brokerage fees, or taxes levied by the destination country.
What shipping method does Free Kind use?

We understand there may be situations where you need to cancel or modify your order. However once your order has been placed, we will not be able to cancel or edit it due to system limitations.

What's causing the delay in shipping my order?
Typically, we process in-stock products within 1-2 days. If you haven't received a shipping notification email within this timeframe, please check your inbox for notifications about potential shipping delays or product unavailability from us.

What is Free Kind’s refund policy?
Refunds for domestic orders are accepted within 15 days of the purchase date, provided the item is in its original, unworn condition, and still in the original packaging. However, please note that we do not offer exchanges or refunds for international orders.
