At Free Kind, we’re committed to delivering footwear of the highest quality and our shoes are designed to be both washable and durable.

Washing Instructions:

The shoes are machine and hand washable! Care for your shoes with ease, follow these steps:

• Slip out the insole, and place the shoes in a delicate bag

• Use a gentle cycle with cold water and a mild detergent

• Allow them to air dry and enjoy that super fresh feeling on your feet!

Manufacturing Defects:

While we thoroughly assess each product before shipment to ensure they meet our quality standards, we acknowledge that unexpected defects may arise. We'll replace items with manufacturing-related issues at our discretion. However, normal wear and tear, stains, accidental, or cosmetic damages are not covered. If you encounter such concerns, please contact our customer support team or email us at support@freekind.in within 24 hours to initiate the replacement process.

Please note that regardless of how well you care for your Free Kind shoes, signs of age and repeated wear are inevitable. This includes faded color, worn fabric in high-use areas, holes, snags, outsole detachment, and insole odor.
