Washing Instructions

The shoes are machine and hand washable! Care for your shoes with ease, follow these steps

Slip out the insole, and place the shoes in a delicate bag
Use a gentle cycle with cold water and a mild detergent
Allow them to air dry and enjoy that super fresh feeling on your feet!

Exchanges and returns

At Freekind, we value craftsmanship, quality, and a thoughtful customer experience.

We do not offer refunds.
We are pleased to offer an exchange at a flat fee of ₹200, or alternatively, store credit.
Products purchased at original price, discounted price, or during sale are eligible only for exchange or store credit.
We recommend reviewing the size guide carefully before placing your order to ensure the perfect fit.
If your desired size is unavailable, an exchange or store credit will be provided. Refunds are not applicable.
Requests for exchange or store credit must be communicated within 7 days of receiving the product.
Returned products must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging, with all tags intact.
Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup followed by a quality inspection.
Upon successful quality check, a replacement pair will be dispatched.
If the product does not meet our quality standards, we will assist you with an exchange or store credit.
