Washing Instructions

The shoes are machine and hand washable! Care for your shoes with ease, follow these steps: 

  • Slip out the insole, and place the shoes in a delicate bag
  • Use a gentle cycle  with cold water and a mild detergent
  • Allow them to air dry and enjoy that super fresh feeling on your feet!

  • Upper: 100% recycled PET and coffee grounds
  • Insole: 100% recycled cushioning foam 
  • Outsole: Blended  100% natural and recycled rubber
  • Post consumer materials: 100% recycled

Exchanges and returns

At Freekind, we value craftsmanship, quality, and a thoughtful customer experience.

  • We do not offer refunds.
  • We are pleased to offer an exchange at a flat fee of ₹200, or alternatively, store credit.
  • Products purchased at original price, discounted price, or during sale are eligible only for exchange or store credit.

  • If your desired size is unavailable, an exchange or store credit will be provided. Refunds are not applicable.
  • Requests for exchange or store credit must be communicated within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Returned products must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging, with all tags intact.
  • Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup followed by a quality inspection.
  • Upon successful quality check, a replacement pair will be dispatched.
  • If the product does not meet our quality standards, we will assist you with an exchange or store credit.
