We ship orders within India and worldwide.

Shipping Costs:

• Free Kind offers free shipping on all orders within India.

• For International orders, shipping charges will be indicated and added during the checkout process. Please note that the customers are responsible for any custom charges, brokerage fees, or taxes levied by the destination country, Free Kind will not be held accountable for these charges.

Shipping Timelines:

• Our estimated standard delivery time for all orders is 5-7 business days within India, and 10-15 business days for international shipments. Please note that this timeframe is subject to change, and orders may experience extended processing and delivery times during holidays, adverse weather conditions, peak shopping seasons like sales and festivals, or unforeseen transportation delays.

• Express delivery is available at an additional cost. For further details, please reach out to our customer support team at support@freekind.in.

Delivery Failure:

• We do not assume responsibility for lost or stolen packages, and cannot be held liable for any reimbursement cost.

• We are not responsible for delivery failure resulting from customer negligence, including but not limited to inaccurate order details provided, such as the address, contact number or recipient name. Unfortunately, no refund can be issued under such circumstances.

• If you discover any inaccuracies in your order information, please promptly contact us at support@freekind.in within 24 hours. Please provide your order number and the correct information for necessary adjustments.

• Just a small heads-up — a reshipping charge of ₹200 will apply to cover the courier cost for the second delivery and needs to be paid before we dispatch it again.
