Returns & Exchanges
Eligibility Criteria:

For domestic orders, returns and exchanges are applicable within 15 days of the purchase date.

The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and in the original packaging.

We do not provide returns and exchanges on international orders.
Non-Refundable and Exchangeable Items:

Items purchased on sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Gift cards are non-refundable.

Promotional items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchange Process:

Initiation: To initiate an exchange, please click here and provide your order ID along with relevant details of the item you wish to exchange.

Verification: Once we receive the items, we'll assess it to ensure it adheres to Free Kind’s Returns & Exchanges policy and conduct a thorough quality check. Following this, we'll promptly notify you of the approval or rejection of your request.

Approval: If the exchange is approved, the exchange will be processed and delivered within 15 business days.

Rejection: If the exchange is rejected, we'll inform you of the next steps.
Refund Process:

Initiation: To initiate, please click here and provide the order number and relevant details of the item you wish to return.

Verification: Once we receive the returned item, we'll assess it to ensure it adheres to Free Kind’s Returns & Exchanges policy and conduct a thorough quality check. Following this, we'll promptly notify you of the approval or rejection of the return.

Approval: Once the return is approved, the customer has to share their bank account details with Free Kind on our official email id. Only then the refund will be processed.

Refund Timeline:

For prepaid orders, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 15 business days.

For Cash On Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be processed using an alternative method, such as a bank transfer.
Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged, defective item, or an incorrect order, please inform us within 24 hours of receipt.

We may request photographic evidence to evaluate the issue.

Depending on the circumstances, we will either send a replacement or initiate a refund.
