You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Conditions for Returns
- Shoes must be unworn and in their original condition
- Original packaging, tags, and box must be intact
- Try shoes on a clean, indoor surface to keep soles unmarked
Size Exchanges
Ordered the wrong size? We offer free size exchanges. Reach out to us and we'll arrange a pickup and send the correct size.
Refunds
- Prepaid orders: refunded to your original payment method
- COD orders: refunded via bank transfer or UPI
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
